IEXPAY CHINA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Asiana Corporation. Based in Nanchang China (between Beijing and Hong Kong) IEXPAY is a closed loop payment system that works similar to "Pay Pal" or "iKobo". These are commonly known as "open loop" systems. IEXPAY is a closed loop system (which is the only system currently allowed in China). Currently IEXPAY has 21 banks on its system and hundreds of merchants.
